I have ridden those roads off Huntsville (Mountain,Steele,Corby). Can't say as I've seen a rockin' road, or that cemetery, Musta missed it.

My goggling never did show its local. The cemetery in Lopez showed up in every search.

This is why I like a cashe in ToR's. Once you grab the toy, the tag is yours, and no fancy i phone can take it away, and you don't have to sprint home to post.
When I was in the Shenandoah Valley, VA, there were 4 local ToR's going on, they all used a toy. Never saw a problem this way. But I've seen other threads that have beat it to death.
They also had a Dirty Tag, dirt roads, trails, only. That was my favorite. Any interest here for a NEPA Dirty ToR?

So, who wants to take over as the Keeper of the Map? I have all the photos you need, and will give you a brief lesson on how to operate Google maps.

Again, I am sorry for not keeping it updated. I will continue to be the Game Master. If a ruling needs to be made and I have not repsonded within a day or so, just PM me and I will check in. I am not able to visit the page every day right now. Again, those time issues.
If no one else wants to, I'll put my hat in the ring.

I might not be able to update daily, but at the very least a time or two each week.

I rely heavily on the map when I'm placing a tag - don't want to duplicate one that was already in the game.

Maybe I could lend a hand as well, I do have some free time at night on occasions.

I did see when the VA Dirty tag got in too obscure of a location, it sat for a while. They used mostly passable dirt/gravel, even for a street bike, with extra credit clues a little further in the woods. (catch that Tony!).
I'm working on rules & area now.

Great, I have a couple of good spots in mind already. Do you think waypoints should be used as clues? Because a lot of dirt roads have no real landmarks to use as clues.

GPS coords are always a help if a tag sits too long or is in a remote area that others are not familiar with.
