Gotta love your enthusiasm Dennis. But I don't expect less from a guy that rides from Wilkes-Barre to Clearfield in Feb to have a burger with a few other nuts and then pretty much head right back home.

The boy ain't right. KLR on an asphalt race track, middle of the night long diatance tags, on a KLR. Yikes!

The headlight throw on my KLR was MAYBE 20' - felt like you were outrunning the light at about 20mph.

I know KLRs have notoriously bad headlights, but mine seemed extra sucky.

I got my KLR in a trade. It was twisted from a crash. The headlight was really bad. I bought a new stay from a guy on KLR650.net and put it on the other night. The light is is set perfect now. And its not that bad. Take a 10 mm wrench and find the bolt under the light. It is not going up and down. But from the clutch side to throttle. Loosen it and adjust the light. You will be surprised how good the light can be. It gives a nice even spread across teh road. If it were just a touch brighter it would be perfect. Before my low beam was slightly higher then my high be should be. Now its nice.

Yeah I know. Not the best style. But it did not stop me from blowing by a bunch of people on the brakes and turns. This was the first couple of laps. I was less then confident in my tires....

New Tag

one week ago this shot was not possible. One week from now it may be impossible again. This ancient north Wilkes Barre factory was empty for as long as I have been in pa. It looked like something from the little rascals. I rode through there often. It felt like driving thru the 20s. I hope it's still standing by the end of the day.

I maybe crazy, but this one is my hero. He actually lost me on the track. Granted it was in traffic. But he got away.

I did not take this one obviously. But I too tilt a little when shooting. But this is ridiculous. It was taken by a Poacher photographer.

Nope. The only clue is North Wilkes Barre. The square to General. It's easy to see. Just look up and drive around. The net won't help you. You gotta ride to find this one. But the shot did come from my iPhone. So the PC might help.
