The clue maker posted a picture of two rocks and a sign. Looks like rocks found in the NE. I'm not good with signs. But maybe.

Are the rocks familiar with the area?

If I've deciphered the clues correctly, it's nowhere near PA.

I am going to be Barking mad if this does not get picked up soon. I really don't want to trash my tires riding out to Pittsburgh to get it.

Oh yeah, almost forgot. DST starts (next) Sunday. That means it is time for the 36 hour limit on dropping the new tag, effective for the first tag grabbed after 2am (next) Sunday morning.
