Jeff,

These are the coordinates for the Rifle Range on Game lands #42.

Here are the correct coordinates for the South Fork Hunting & Fishing Clubhouse in St. Michael.

Thanks Jack.

It was a nice chatting w/ya in Windber.

I never did make it to Blue Knob to camp Saturday night. After the 3rd deer flew past my helmet, I stayed in Cassandra at the motel.

On the only road between 322 and the river in Dauphin. If you hit the gravel part of the road, you've gone too far. Though it is gettable from there, you have to shoot through some trees. However you get it is fine by me, even if you wanna get it from the shoulder on 322.

With a full moon a good two weeks away, a night grab would be interesting. If you do go at night with no moon, just find a way to let us know you're in the right spot.

Should of put the tires in at least an inch of water to earn the tag.

Sure is! See it in the following Tag:

Bower Mountain Road overlooking Doubling Gap. I'm very low on gas. Wish me luck!

Fred

P.S. I made it to the gas station in Landisburg. Just to help make the distance, I coasted all the way down Bower Mountain Road to Laurel Run Rd!

So whoever grabs this one has to do it on an empty tank.

Well, that's not really recommended, but go for it!

Speaking of recommendations, Bower Road is a legal public road but it'd be a bit much for sport bikes. Of course, C14xTom would tell you it's a piece of cake on an FJR. I've ridden my R1200R up there on Road Attacks, but I wouldn't want to today. The eastern end of Bower Mountain Road has lost it's finer gravel, leaving it a bit rough now.
