and RAISE you this spot. Its the only remaining fire tower in Tucker County. It overlooks the county seat. Obviously the spot requires some gravel to get to it, but not very much.

Sheesh, I figured the tower was the clue. I'm sure someone will recognize it. If I tell you were it is it takes the fun out of it. But since you asked, its within 30 min of the first 2 places.

Ive been to that tower!!!! With Cliffhanger of course... "Rim Road" is nearby of course too... well I think that was the name.

Ok. I have seen hudreds of towers in WV. I think the goal has been lost here. Go back to the OH and VA threads. Tag come with clues so that people not familar with the area can research it a figure it out. Being thirty minutes from the others means crap to me.

It about having fun and going places you may not have. I never thought I would have take a day ride to Cumberland Gap and back

rule update stated by Skyclad.. I shoulda posted this in the original post, I will put it there next.. These are the rules from the Pennsylvania Tag O Rama, same rules should apply here..

Pennsylvania Tag-o-Rama

It started in Ohio

Now we have Tag-o-rama in Pennsylvania. This game is intended to give folks an excuse to get out and ride (like ya need one) and learn more about this place we call home.

Rules are easy...

#1 - Find the tag and reproduce the photo (as best as possible). The first person to post a found tag gets to place the next tag. If you get a tag, but somebody else posts their picture first, you lose.

#2 - Take the tag to a new location, get the photo and post it here. Give a few hints so the next person can figure out where the tag is located. Try to place the tags in interesting locations, maybe a bit of history that can be found down some nice twisties.

#3 - Tag must be a) findable and b) not placed on a dirt road. Maintained gravel is OK, but make sure to let folks know that gravel is required to get to your tag. We don't want to exclude those who don't like to get dirty.

#4 - File photos are NOT permitted. You gotta ride to play this game.

Now that the rules are taken care of, here is the first tag.

This furnace can be found in eastern York county. It shares its name with both the road it is on, and the creek on the other side of the road. You don't have to ride any gravel to get here, but that option does exist.
