Afternoon Tag

The new tag. I'm sure many know where this is without any clues, but for those that don't. It's located on a road with the same name as the company. And if you are reading this now or made coffee this morning you most likely used there services.. Carefull on those corners, I keep touching bags down there.

Where's the Stop sign Mike? Who said anything about the tower?

Just Josh'n ya Mike. You got it. I had picked a nice out of the way spot to stop there for photo's though...I will have to work harder to force others to use my composition.

Nope - wasn't me. I think I've seen you before though. Not many yellow DR's around town!

I've been working from home all afternoon, and couldn't break away to grab a tag.

Doesn't look like work is going to cooperate with my plans to play tag until next week.

Rules of Our Game

"The intent is to keep the game moving along at a quick pace, and minimizing the down time between grabbing a tag, and posting a new tag."
SRMN8R

This is exactly why I have allowed file photos for our game. I might add. In addition to speeding up the game, its justified as a reward for the one who claimed the tag. Why should'nt we give him a break?

As to Mikes concern about it being a game exclusivly for commuters. That is completely false. Go back and look at pg.1:

"Any inmate can play this game. You do not have to live in Richmond or even the state. If you are retired and don't have to work. Or you are independently wealthy, great you have more time to ride than the rest of us. Play along."
meltonbmm

As to the issue of "stress" in our game. When you score a tag its your responsability as a winner to provide a new opportunity for others to score on the next tag. Post the new tag ASAP. (Thats why I encourage the us of file photos. They relieve the stress and move the game forward.)

NO TAG HOGS IN THIS GAME

Enjoy your victory for an instant. Then let others play!

Tag

In the interest of keeping it moving...here is the new tag.

During the Battle of Cold Harbor in June 1864, the Union turned
this middle-class plantation into a field hospital. The residents
forced to move to the basement -- watched blood dripping down
between the floorboards.

After Grant left for Peterburg the Confederates set up thier
field hospital in the House.

Off this 3 digit road which totals 12 you will find this place and be rewarded with some freshly paved corners, my favorite is South from this point...at the end you can jump on 295...
