For sale is a Klim Traverse Suit in Grey, with full D30 Armor.

The jacket is size L and the pants are size 34.

The suit is overall an 8 to 9; has never been crashed in and is free from rips, tears, stains, holes, etc. The only blemish is a small scuff on the corner of the right knee (Opposite the Klim logo on the left knee), but the scuff has not damaged the gore-tex so it still remains waterproof.

For those of not familiar with the Traverse, it does not come with any armor off the shelf so the D30 upgrade was aprox $150.

Selling this in the FM for $450 shipped in the USA. I'll do $425 for a local to me pickup (Bellevue/Redmond).

I'm still happy w/ the Adventure Rains and have heard good things about Klim. Unfortunately Klim doesn't make gear that fits my ample size. I envy you "normal" sized guys, lots more choices in gear, particularly used stuff.

Enjoy the gear Jeff, I know it'll get lots of use!

It does come with that big red Acerbis tank.

But it has a hole in it. Just a tiny one. I am sure you can fix it by plastic soldering or some space age plastic epoxy stuff or something.

It also comes with the stock fuel tank too.

Seriously tho. This bike is way better than an XR650L. Especially with that Works Performance rear shock and Moto Pro re-worked forks. Plus it has the super bad extra set of wheels.

It is a great bike for its time and a great deal price wise. I have collected a ton of parts for it over the years and they are all included as well. Parts like 2 usable cylinder heads with valve train and a KLX650C cylinder (the R has a chrome bore but the C has cast iron so you can bore it out if you want). I also have 2 more sets of fork springs, the stock rear shock, an R rear spring, and even a whole R frame.

Have another look at the ad. Send me a PM and lets chat about it. I am a reasonable person.

It does get kind of annoying having to keep repeating to people that it is a KLX650C and not a KLR650! But it is obvious to them when they see the upside down forks that it is something other than a KLR.

WANTED:

Import street motorcycles.

I have three newly-licensed friends that are seriously looking for appropriately priced beginner or intermediate bikes, and have cash in hand. I'm trying to help them find some leads.

Anywhere in the I5 corridor, Oregon or Washington.

They are all primarily interested in older, generic Japanese STREET bikes, but one is at least a little interested in the dual-sport idea.

Pretty much any street legal model 100ccs-650ccs and $2,00 or under is worth a shot! Bikes in need of servicing are OK. Please PM me and I will connect you!

EDIT: I found ONE bike and instantly was able to connect buyer and seller! Still on the lookout for another!

I paid $3,200 for this bike a few months ago, and spent the $200 to get an Oregon title. I did sell off the Hepco Becker cases that came on the bike, but my total investment is still around $3,300.

It's a beautiful bike, with two keys, the owners manual, both tool sets, and some records. Less than 200 miles ago, it was all gone through by a Guzzi dealer and a bunch of maintenance was performed, to the tune of $700.

The bike has:
- Factory option center stand
- Factory option Hepco Becker luggage rack (rack is included but not installed, no luggage included)
- Factory option windscreen

Standard:
- Fuel injection, five speeds, and fantastic Guzzi sound
- I cleaned up the reflectors, signals, license plate, etc. from what is pictured, but all the original bits are included.
I think one "your newly licensed friends..." should buy this bike. Way cooler than Asian bikes. It's a freekin Guzzi man! How many miles?
