Tell me about it. I've not seen anything like it.

Imagine my suprise when I first saw it earlier in the day, approaching from the other direction. It's on top of a small hill and really not visible until you're right on top of it. So, I (carefully) turned around.

I hit this road from the other side later that afternoon, and by the time I confirmed via GPS that the road would dump out on this nasty cattleguard-from-Hell I was too low on fuel to turn around. I thought I was fecked.

Luckily, the chain holding the gate shut was held together with only a dogchain hasp. God watches over drunks, sailors, and n00b GS riders, I guess!
