Great Report!
I live in WI and am excited to try this route next year. Did you put together a RR for this years adventure? Where you ever able to get that stink our of your riding pants? I laughed so hard reading that part that i was crying!

Thank you.
I did not put together a report for this years trip in. We rode around the Mississippi River on both the MN and WI side. Here is a link to the pictures. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/album...6188811985#map Maybe it is only in my mind but I'm not sure the stink ever left the pants.

Great post, great pics, cool bikes and scenery.
Question: Does anyone offer or sell a mini SD card with the TWAT layed out on it- something my cheeseball Garmin Nuvi 255 would read? I don't have mapsource and would not know how to use it.... I bought some sled maps of MN & WI from a guy that loaded them on min SD cards that my cheap Garmin reads- thought maybe someone had devised and tested something like that with the TWAT all over it... Anyones? Also, if anyone or a group is heading for TWAT country from the Twin Shittes, whistle, I will back you up. Would love to learn my way around some of twat country. Long as you don't care if there is a KLR behind you. Posted Oct. 06, 2010
