WTF are all of these barns??!

Nice pick up. Looks like a bike that with very little expenditure (albeit probably a modicum of labor, however that's usually a bit easier to come up with) will be an absolute beauty and probably worth several times, minimum, what you paid for it.

There's one of these on the Boston CL right now, 27K miles, ask is $4,250. FWIW.

Lucky bastige.

Thats a nice T3 mate! For 500$ its a steal. Do yourself a favor, and get a set of the aftermarket guzzi race bars. They're just low enough that it puts the seating position into a more comfortable stance. (At least for taller folks anyways). The stock bars (to me) are pretty brutal.

@Putts, great find man. You should have loads of fun taking that apart and putting it back together. I'll make sure to stop over frequently and let you ride the T3 so you keep motivated and on track. ;)

I've heard that too. Thanks for the tip on Moto-1, Chop, I will give them a call.

And the reason I dig Guzzi people...this is the People's Choice Award Winner:

Yes indeed. It was refreshing to see that -- while spit-polished museum-quality bikes receive their due attention -- the People chose the oil & dirt encrusted road warrior over the lot of them.
