That makes perfect sense if you follow the main railroad line, and you know which direction to head.

However, there are numerous left and right forks on the RR line in Dover. If you actually followed the train tracks to the first fork, you would end up on an industrial siding and would never make it out of Dover.

i asked to follow the tracks... why would you stop at dead end?
never mind about which track to follow or which direction... Google Map "McKinley Avenue, NJ"
on Google Map search results you get more than one, but i bet if you click on any link (link is the text in blue.. on your left... when facing your monitor only one McKinley crosses with railroad

Adam, your clues were REALLY bad. Dover, for a start, is not the distance you said it was from NYC. Actually, Chester was the exact distance, and there were no tracks to follow to a Mckinley Avenue. And the closest Mckinley to Chester was in Washington. The fact that a couple of taggers luckily picked the correct Mckinley intersection was just that...luck. Sorry guys.

And it is total bullshit to be sitting home following lines on a map. This is supposed to be about riding. You falsely indicated that we could find the spot by "following the tracks". Good thing someone didn't get killed or arrested for doing that.

There were 10 McKinley Streets/Avenues. If you think it is worthwhile to be spending an hour checking out each one, you are kidding yourself.

Make the clues decent the next time, huh?


p.s., there was a BMW SS1000 at the track on Monday. Blew past it like it was standing still!

Please stop parking your bikes on live railroad tracks guys. These pictures are making me cringe. I really don't want to get called out to make sure the gates where functioning properlly after an accidnet and see a bike stuck to the front of a locomotive.

And the tracks in East Hanover see freight trains a few times a week.

I'm not going to say it's a good idea.. but in his defense you can see at least a mile in either direction down that track. If a train snuck up on you there..

Honestly the train's the least of your worries. Someone that braindead ain't gonna make the trip home on a motorcycle!

As long as it doesn't happen on the tracks its not my worry at all.

I've just seen too much carnage from things getting hit by trains, I'm a little paranoid.

Took me about 5 min to find the tracks in East Hanover...not that difficult, but I did ignore the clues and went to McKinley Ave right away. (Hopefully this subject is over now)

Well, that is just the point. The clues were totally misleading. Yes, the final street location narrowed it down to 10 places, and a quick search with bird's eye found the twin power lines. But why give misleading clues? Clever clues, yes. Deductive reasoning clues, cool. But misleading clues? Just annoying.
