Riot Grrrl's story, it that will make you cry and smile

Riot Grrrl's story from the VFR site I'm part of.

Read her first post and make sure you take the time to watch her video slide show she posted at the bottom of her first post.

This is a girl with tremendous spirit and a will to survive; someone we can all learn from.

wow. amazing story.

I'm confused though about the car and bike in the slideshow.
How did she have before and after photos of both vehicles involved in the accident?

I would guess she got them from the car owner

I can't believe that she actually survived that crash. It seemed terrible. I couldn't image the damage to the rider's body from a head-on crash like that. That she survived was luck or fate or whatever. I hope her rehab is going well.

I'm thinking she low sided and slid into the door. The bike hit the front of the car. Just a WAG.

My guess, given the damage to her and the bike, that she was still on the low sided bike when it collided with the front of the car, then she continued on for the collision with the door.

One tough girl, she asks us of nothing, how but you not have hope, and love for someone so strong!
I truely wish her the very best!

Damn. If it ever happens to me I only hope I can face it with half the courage, determination and positive attitude she has.
Great work.

unbelievable

There is hope for mankind as long as there are people like this among us. I could only aspire to have an attitude like this brave young lady.
