The toys ride was awesome. Great weather, great riding, and great company.
Thanks to the Great Lakes Dual Sporters Club for all the work putting this ride together. If you like dual-sport riding and haven't sampled one of these rides, you're missing out - big time ! I took a few pictures; ![]() Where's that tire changing crew with the goofy sign ? I need some Motrin ! Damn . . I wish i had one of these modern bikes with electric start ![]() I'm digging Don's new 450 X. Sexy in a long black dress kinda way - not fishnets and stilettos. 80 degrees in mid October, we're loving it You don't need to have a big gas tank . . you just need a ridding buddy who has a big gas tank ! Nice mix of colors there

Good times, great ride, and good jerky on the way back, haha.
The GLDS put on another great ride. Four Wheeling was fun Saturday night too. I think the mud flap thing that goes in front of the drivers side rear tire is still up on that hill. Time to get a lift and some 32's. |

Bruno/Jp,
Sorry I missed you guys on Sunday, sounds like you had a great time. We rode the B Loop on Saturday and it was awesome. A little dusty in some places but overall a great day. Actually if you look at John-610’s pictures my bike is the last one on the left side next to the red Explorer in Ma Deeter’s parking lot. Kennedy

I had a great time, again. I road the B loop both Sat, Sun. I invited two of my fellow Bent Wheelers on Sundays B loop. After, both Dale and Chris said they really liked this type of ridding. I believe both of them will be joining the GLDS soon. We got a late start and only road about 53 miles, at reset 2 we jumped to reset 9.
I missed Bruno and Don and jpwilhelm, though I did get a glimpse at jps X-Terra. nice truck but did you know your missing a mud-flap? lol Hopefully you guys will have one more 4X4 outing this year, I would like to tag along. |

Great pictures Bruno. Everyone is sporting the famous dirt mustache. Did you edit a movie of last weekend yet? I want to see.

I'm glad you had a good time, Steve. Too bad it didn't work out for us to ride together, we would have enjoyed your company. Quote:

Does an asteroid make a sound when it goes "thud" in the desert? Cool photo! But I think I can almost make out a low fender on that bike
