I am in. Let's see, 675 miles. Figure one and a half days? Or should we allow two, in case somebody wants to stop and smoke or take a pictures?

Huh??

With a set of LED lights it's doable in one day I think.

I'm in as long as that music is playing the entire ride!

It must be easy, they are riding big bikes.

Yup colorado is epic.... much of the trailer video is familiar. We base camped in Silverton, and took sensible sized bikes.

here is our trailer......

WOW!!!! Great shots! (and you've gotta love the Black Keys in the audio)

Colorado --- add it to the "to-do" list. Is it too early to plan something for 2014?

I agree with you about sensible sized bikes. I road the whole TAT on my 990 Adv, and it is do-able, but at times, I was wishing for a smaller bike. I think colorado is perfect for 450 to 600cc motorcycles. Enough power for the altitude and light enough be able to ride without killing yourself.

Very nice trailer!

Well, we did have a 320 mile day on our first UP adventure, followed by a huge pizza and less adult beverages than usual.

We'd need to work out trailer drop-off and pick-up points as the route runs the state South to North.

I would stay off the 666 route.

We could stage out of Grand Junction and ride the 230 mi south to the start of the route. We'd have another 210 mi liason at the end of our route to get back to Grand Junction.

The 950 will eat that right up
