The Big Bear Loop outside of Lewiston isn't too bad. That is where I have taken my kids since they were 6. There is a hiking parking area off of Buttles Rd. north of Lewiston that the trail is on both the north and south side of the parking area. There is a loop that goes east of Buttles Rd that is only like 3 miles. The loop to the west of Buttles Rd. is like 12 miles. The whoops aren't too bad and the sand is manageable compared to other areas surprisingly.

There is one section of sand whoops that is about 3/4 of a mile long that will wear on you but that is the worst of it.

It is time to ride.

Happy Birthday Matt.

Anyone know where I can get some to that 710?

My owners manual says I need it. Never heard of the stuff.

Johnyrrr, We'll have to get together when I get back, we're practically neighbors.

Happy birthday, Matt! First round is on me!

Todd, go to Autozone and ask for the "710 fluid" and grab me a couple quarts of "Oel" for my volkswagon.

So you can't have a Birthday without some adventures. We started this weekend with a ride to no where. I love that place. It is in the middle of the woods.

Timdog Bigtraille and Mike. Going for a tour.

Swampy sippy holes. Nice smelly mud.

Beaver pond.

Mike like the Beaver

105 miles later.

Day two. 160 miles of fun.

Look! It's one of those 710 wells!

Natural gas driven engine.

The walkway over swamp.

Steep.

Woodpeckers.

Matt

Josh's camping spot.

Great times.

Great weekend riding up at Frederic.

The weather was perfect and the bs was in full force at Fri and Sat night's campfires. I got some good new material for story telling time

We found that indeed it's true, they vacuumed up almost all the sand. Almost being the key word here.
