Rides

Dam, where did summer go. Will not make CHC due to travel. Some of the BMW GS guys are going to Colorado for a Raw Hyde Adventure weekend in mid September the same weekend there is a KTM adventurer ride in CO, see below

http://www.rawhyde-offroad.com/colorado/advdays.html

http://www.ktmorangeevents.com/Default.aspx

Will also miss a BMWTCD off road trip to the UP due to travel.

Need to get on some rides, the snow will be here before we know it. Drove to Springfield IL last weekend to bring home another finicky Swedish heritage, Italian made, German owned bike. What could ever go wrong with it

Sasquatch! Rare, elusive, hyper sexual, UP Bigfoot, so scary when it trys to follow you to Paul's cabin.

I am heading to CADVR6 all next week so the timing of this notice could not be worse. Send me a PM if anyone could help, thanks Doug
Can't help you, but I used to live in Ferndale and almost got a similar fine from the city because they didn't like the tall grass I had in the garden instead of flowers. Said it was "overgrown" and I had to mow my garden or pay the city a couple hundred buck. It was a fun town to live in but the city loves to stick you for the dumbest shit.

Great pics!
Bruno,
I don't see any photos of you guys after crossing that beaver pond. Larry T. and I were there the Monday before the Gwinn ride. I was leading and wondering where the route went. Finally figured out we had to cross where the beaver had it dammed up. We did exactly what you were doing with the stick. After deciding if the quads could do it, then we could too. So, we hopped on the left bank where you are standing, hung the front tire over the edge, then as soon as the front tire went down, we hammered it and went across. That was a deep sucker thou. I think my back tire was completely under water. What a blast!
