Dilemma, go out tonight or wait till tomorrow for when I go to the bank, since this is off the road I take to it...

BTW, take Woodstock road/Old Court Road for a spin next time you're in the area. I love taking that route to the bank since my bank's right down the road on 40 and I live near Old Court in Towson.

Time to get this baby back out of the metro area! Regarding rule #3... just how maintained does a gravel road need to be?

It can be as dirty a dirt/gravel road as you like. Anybody who cries about this on an AdventureRider site will be publicly ridiculed.

Don't let those DAMN riders pick on ya too much.

I don't want to exclude the somewhat less adventurous ADVriders. If the road could not be comfortably done on a street bike, then it is not well enough maintained. You will have to use your judgement on what woudl be comfortably ridden on a street bike.

If you are in doubt, send me a pic of what you have in mind (without giving away the location please) and I will let you know.

Don't you have riding to do rather then moderating all of the tag-o-ramas?

Hey, I offered to give the Maryland ToR to a Maryland resident back when I started it. Nobody was stupid enough to get suckered in on that, so I still got it.

You want it?

That is why I added the "comfortably" part to it.

If ya wanna give it up I'll take it off your hands, only if that means I can still play.

Absolutely...I still play in all the games I started. Well, not too much in the AL game, but...

For the most part, the game does run itself. The only thing that I do as the game master/moderator/whatever is to make decisions on rules and questions about them. Doesn't happen too often, as you can see from the thread.

Since you are going to be the game master for Maryland, you will have the final say on the rules and any changes that may be made to them. If you need a rule changed, just let me know and I will edit the first post.

OK, all YFF's, Code is now the Maryland Tag-o-Rama Game Master. If you don't like the game, take it out on him.

If you do decide to change the rules to allow dirt, the Alabama Tag-o-Rama thread has the Dirty-Diesel Scale (or the DDS) for letting folks know what thye are looking at.
