I think you put the tag spot-on. Nice area to ride anyway.

A friend and I usually duck out of work a bit early on Friday to hit the bike show.

Nice ride, hadn't been on the road from Brunswick out to Burkittsville. Gilligans was closed but I would've like to go inside and look around. Saw 2 riders coming into town when I left, I think on dual sports but couldn't be sure. Had full luggage. Wonder if their names were Bruce?

New TAG

OK, it was brisk out there but a nice day to ride. (clues start now) If you don't feel like riding your bike, take a train. This station is named after the town it's in which gets it's name from a striking geological formation shaped by the Potomac river. Any shot with the station and your bike gets it since this space might have a vehicle in it. The main road leading to this town has 2 digits when added together equals 6.

[Carl]: Or 10. Wikipedia has a picture of the station.
Good job.
I need to get out of the house.

Well, this is my first tagging in a tag-o-rama. Here goes:

From Drop Box

This building is not far from another MARC station (different line) and is not far from another river (different one). It is related to Maryland's bloody history.

After some edumacated guessing, I'd have to nitpick that the nearby MARC station appears to be on a different branch of the same MARC line.

Yes, it is the same station.
If you look at the pics closely you can see the bend telephone pole and the water marks on the brick. He is just on the access road and not in the parking lot.

He is supposed to tell where it is and something about it.

Oh, yes, I guess it is a branch of the same line. I thought I said something about where it is and something about it other than location, no? Anyway, it seems that this one won't be much of a challenge.

He got it and it is the Point of Rocks MARC station. I guess a clue was the first photo with the "POINT OF ROCKS" on the sign behind the bike. Further info and history from American Rails had a bunch of stuff new to me:
http://www.american-rails.com/point-...s-station.html

As for where the new one is, we gotta do more like VATrader said and move this thing out of the neighborhood. Thar's a whole State to ride around in!

Yeah, I wanted to throw up a filthy urban/industrial one but, it didn't seem like anyone would be into that. Although I suppose once you get the tag you have carte blanche.

I think I know where this one is, and if so I can easily give you all the urban blight you want if I get the tag tomorrow.
