Frederick county, if that helps. I'd hate to spoil your day off.

Monocacy National Battlefield, Best Farm House.

Some more pics of the farm house and barns, I'll let the park service signs do the story telling of the place.

Inside, doesn't look to be lived in much lol.

Good work. Although I now feel somehow violated.

I was thinking somewhere around Monocacy, but since I wasn't sure, I didn't want to ride 2 hours out, be wrong, 2 hours back, and get Bruce'd on top of it all.

I was worrying about that all the way back home, since I took the long not-really-on-the-way way home to place the new tag site.

I took this one just in case I did get Bruce'd

And here's the new tag.

This tag involves yet another MD river and is further down the same MARC line. This bridge is the first of its kind in the world and when built was the largest bridge in the United States. It was part of the Old Main Line of the B&O Railroad and is still in service as you can see from the 2nd pic. Fans of Italian motorcycles also have a place nearby to ogle exotic machinery or burn some cash on yet another valve adjustment.

Take the tag from either spot, its the same structure, just on opposing sides of the river.

Cool spot for the new tag, I know right where that one is. BTW, your bike looks familiar, do you, or did you recently attend Towson University. I graduated from there in May and seem to remember seeing a yellow DR-Z on campus.

I do go to Towson, I just started there for Fall 2008 (transferred after taking a few years off) so its probably not the same bike?

I guess not. There was a yellow DR-Z that I saw a couple times and Chris' (DRDude) DR650, I talked to him one evening as I was leaving.

TAG!!!!!!!!!!!

Its the Thomas Viaduct on Levering ave in Elkridge MD.

Sorry for the terrible pic. It was just before midnight and below freezing. Sitting in my pocket in the freezing cold killed my batteries. I only had enough juice for one pic. I was gonna take a few more pics, of a sign, the ice that almost took me out a couple streets back...

Anyone crazy enough to hunt a tag at midnight deserves the benefit of the doubt - here's some help - sure looks like he got it to me!

Fuckin-a. If I had like an awesomeness award, I'd give it to you. I can't wait to see the next one.

Props to both you for going out tonight! Too cold for my blood/gear.

Fortunately, I snapped a few other pics to show everyone what you missed in the darkness. Cross the river to where I took the second tag and you can scramble up the embankment to get shots like these and check out the monument (also "tagged" unfortunately). It really is a nice view up there... Pretty damn cool that its still in use after 160+years!

Skierd, your pics def show that it is much nicer in the daylight.

I got pics of the new tag on my way into work. I'll post them before I go to sleep in the morning. Just in case someone wants some cold weather riding/exploring this weekend.

Okay, here are your two clues to help you find the new tag.
