I have one. Handy because they have a slot for the camera memory card, so you can plug it right in. No hard drive to break, but not a lot of room, either.

I tried

to find that computer tag. So many of them out there I could not figure out which one it was.

Thanks. I dunno if it's new, I haven't been in Sanbornville for 50 years. Yeah, I know, but it's never too late to have a happy childhood.

I would have embedded the pic, but it's my first one in Smugmug. I didn't want to putz around deciding what kind to link to post, thinking I might be a Brucee candidate.

Speaking of Smugmug, they're getting my business because I was pissed off by Photobucket yesterday. Aside from the flashing visual overload , I kept having new windows open just as I clicked, so I sent myself all over cyberspace and had to navigate back. I deleted every pic and cancelled the account, so all my TOR pics have broken links. I'll upload to Smugmug and start re-linking.

P.S. Figured out why I couldn't embed the pics: had a browser setting that blocked URL embed window.

The Jesses did a good job as crashbars. Looks like a low speed tip over -- I hope you and the bike are still symmetrical.

New tag

We've had tags of ice cream stands, Victorian libraries and round brick gashouses. Continuing in our quest for eclectic architecture, let us consider the following clues:

Somewhere near the state highway between a new town named for a US city, which was named for an English city, which was named for the Abbot of the Monastery of Ikanhoe, and a town named for the wife of the second royal governor of NH is a small dirt road named for the symbol of our "neighbahs" to the east. Here's a pic of the sign:

Oops, there seems to be an obstruction in the pic. Too bad. Let's have a look to the right, at the entrance to our road:

Hmmmm. Maybe I should say "Ommmm".

Comment:
The tag is one-half mile from here on a dirt road. The road was in very good shape Saturday, firm, well-graded, with a few loose stones and a few small potholes. If you don't want to ride the dirt I'll accept a bike-in-photo shot of the road sign as a your tag.

getting closer...

closer still... "the studio"

the tag!!

Loving mine, goes 6 hours on a charge!

It's the 904HA model - all regular, but no cd/dvd drive.

We don't need no steenking laptops!

Is there an award for most torturous clue? If so, I think Baiku wins!

Got to the site (still don't know what it is - Baiku?) and my camera wouldn't work. Bummah, eh? And I just put in new batteries. Wait! I must have put them in wrong. No. Hmmm. Oh, well, I always keep a spare set with me. Hmmm. Spare set doesn't work either. Damn! OK, it was just corroded contacts in the battery compartment and a moment with a knife scraping them clean fixed it, but I was pretty frustrated for a bit there!

Nice tag...

The artist's name is Jon Brooks...

here is some more info on the house... which is located in New Boston....

http://www.jonbrooks.org/g-house.html

My parents met a 100 Acres Monastery right near his home and where he was also a regular attendee over the years they worshiped there...

Good job, Squidmark! That one fell faster than I expected. I don't know anything about the place -- found it 4 years ago while house hunting.

Re 'torturous' - thanks. I'm new to this style of tag, so it will be a while until my clues get really obscure.
