RMac, do know the mfg of your skid plate? I have one already, but it has a hole in it big enough to drop the oil filter from and kind of defeats the purpose in the protection aspect.

Time to resurrect this thread since Feb '09 Motor Cyclist magazine talks about the bike being shown to dealers @ an EICMA reception. Any sheister dealers out there who snuck a photo feel free to post here! Kinda like the guy who got his first photos of the MG Stelvio out there.

Perfect time to....
Give us springed valves with long intervals...only thing holding me back.
Yeah, desmo is romatic and all but totally not required on a NON-racebike. This bike is meant to compete with 1200gs from BMW. I liked the multistrada and damn near bought one but heh it has to be practical....I ride daily and commute is where I am caring dog.....and i have big........hands........try getting the key in and out over and over.....bar gets in the way...stupid.......... yeah i like beer and have had a few...enjoy.... |

Didn't need adjusting. They bed in quick then don't change. I'd take desmo every time. As for those pictures above. That is a fugly piece of crap. If it looks like that the elefant is staying. |

Here is the cover for tomorrows' MCN. Duke is top right. Heavily disguised but clearly liquid cooled, road orientated tourer. Looks like a direct rival for the Moto Morini Granpasso and the Tiger.
