The chopper has been delivered more pictures to come and Live2Ride even gave me a chopper in exchange for the chopper I gave him.

Works performance Street Strockers. I haven't seen a set of those since.... well, a long time ago.....

Will we be seeing this crossing the border heading for Copper Canyon next spring?

Thumb The delivery has been made - - -

Rainbow007 came over a helped me dig the chopper out of the garage so we could take it to Live2Ride. The tires were sort of holding air but a tad flat but for Live2haveflats we figured it would be tires he could relate too. I even sat the sissy bar and tank on the bike so we all can have a visual.

Are those four into one pipes something else? It looks like a half of an octopus. The nice thing is they arenít rusted and no holes in them, yet.

Now hereís where you can use your imagination: Think 2 giggling women, one silly Honda chopper with ape hangers, no front brake, and a slick tilt trailer. It took us a couple tries, the bike got sleeping once, but we finally got it loaded and tied down. Youíd think neither of us had ever loaded a bike before. Ah heck itís Live2Rideís bike itís OK if we precrash it for him. No pictures of the loading procedures just the loaded bike.

When I got to Rockford Live2Ride, his son and his dad were all waiting. I tried to get a picture of all three of them but they all scattered surrounding the bike to get a look at it. I did get Live2Ride. Look at that silly grin, he thought it was Christmas and Santa just showed up.

Rainbow007 helped Live2Ride unload the bike while Burt supervised and I took pictures.

He couldnít wait to test sit his new bike. Doesnít he look good on that thing?

Then thereís the chopper Live2Ride gave me in return. We needed to load it on the trailer so I could take it home.

It needs to go all the way forward to tie it down correctly.

Rainbow007 directs Live2Ride on the proper way to tie the bike down but he crashed it just like I crashed his bike.

OK my new chopper is loaded and Live2Ride takes one last hold of the handle bars before I take it away.

The new chopper takes itís place of honor on top my TV. Iíve always wanted an old Indian Chief to keep in my living room (Iím talking about a motorcycle, Tim) but this will do until I get an Indian.

OK Tim now itís all up to you. I canít wait to see what happens with the Honda Chopper now that itís in your hands. Go Tim, goÖÖÖÖÖ

It is on the trailer and headed to the shop tomorrow. Thank you. This is going to be so much fun. Oh, and I think I got the better deal.

Got to work this morning, and within 20 minutes, the bike was running, no gas leaks and the engine sounds perfect. A clutch cable and throttle assy, and this bike is road ready. The only bad thing is I am not getting anything done at work.
I now need to buy a half helmet and some assless chaps

Before you go looking for parts wait until I get the rest of the stuff to you. I'm not sure what all I have shoved in a box that goes with that bike.

Live2Ride is only a little excited about his new bike, he even called me this morning and let me hear it running over the phone. Ahhhhh the sweet rumble of a motorcycle engine. It sounds pretty good for a bike that's been sitting over 10 years.

Oh yeah, fringe and tassles. Hmmmmm I might have some tassled grips stuffed away some where left over from my Harley days. Some one made me some and I never put them on my bike. I wonder if they are still kicking around.

Ah gee, I'd have to look in more boxes for that It's about time you crawled out of the ocean and returned to the dry side where you belong.
