remember this guy? I saw him in Moscow one day a few weeks later. His fender fits nicely. That old honda was close to the ground.

Maybe we can see the bike at the next get together.
Looks like it's coming along nicely.

I have more pics of some things I did to it yesterday, I'll post them tonight.
I still need to get a clutch cable and a throttle. Hopefully I can get the clutch cable at the honda dealer. Anybody have a throttle assy laying around that they would like to sell?

Ah geez Tim, why do you have to be so speedy on getting with the program on that bike? I have another "project" bike behind my garage and it has has a throttle on it but I have no idea if it would work on the Honda. That one is a smaller Yamaha or Suzuki I can't remember which. It doesn't have a title and I have no idea of it even ran when I picked it up. I'll call Larry and see if he knows if it will work and if it will you can have it but you have to wait until I get back from vacation. Heck it might have a good front fender on it too. I knew I shouldn't have given that bike to you before I left. You're going to have that sucker rolling down the street before I get back.

Here is what I have done so far. I fixed the front flat, its flat again , took the front disc off the rim, removed the turn signals and took the pad off the sissy bar. I have polished most of the chrome and it has cleaned up very well. This bike has become a passion instead of a project. It is soooo freaking cool. Thanks again Sherry

That's for sure and it's going to be even better once he has it painted but I don't think Dirty Girl is going to like that padless backrest.
