Why yes they are. ATF tried to have them shut down for poor records keeping but it was shot down in court.

Why do you ask?

I did a lot of business with them in Wilmington when I lived there.

Fayetteville is closer to me.

That is the same set of falls that I took a pic of. I thought it was Douglas is it called Walker, now I get the Chuck Norris comment by Kenny. Anyway there was two set of falls on that road so I took a pic of both and matched it when I got home. Did U ride out there tonite also? If U did did U go all the way to the top? I seen a set of tire tracks and was hauling the mail back home to post up so I did not get Bruced.

I know you got the right tag (just the wrong name), and I noticed the tire tracks..... did you get attacked by the little terrier as well? (at the end of the tarmac).

In some way I'm glad I didn't get it - otherwise I'd have to take a very long lunch tomorrow to get my "perfect tag".

Wow, I'm glad you two were able to work that out on your own. I didn't want to play referee.

Man I used up a valuable kitchen pass to go get that tag. I just got home from a 5 day excursion and then to haul out at a whims notice when I finally figured it out, She was not happy to say the least. . But she got over it. No I did not see any terrier but I about nailed one of the rock climbers, when I came around that curve he was standing in the middle of the road looking up at his buddy on the rock.

NEW TAG

"For 20 years from 1756 to 1776, the settlement was the westernmost outpost of Colonial Civilization. The State of North Carolina then extended to the Mississippi River. When war was declared between the Colonials and the British, the Cherokee sided with the latter forcing the Colonials to fight enemies on two fronts. "
