We might not get out of the 30s for another week!

Heating bill will look like the US Congress' budget!

Just sittin in front of the wood stove waiting fer all this white stuff to melt so I can go ridin
No issues here, power stayed on (since I had 15 gal for the generator)
Cooked a crockpot of red beans, andouille, smoked & pork sausage... served over rice
Mmmmmmmm
Already had my emergency supplies, ya know to make milk sandwiches :grin

never could figure out when I was growing up in hurricane country down on the coast, why everybody went out and bought milk and bread for emergencies.
wondered if it was to make milk sandwiches

Looking
This would have been the end of my 3 weeks off, so I wasn't in a big rush.

Possibilities are Watts Bar (again), SRS (again), or a safety analysis & upgrade job in Memphis.

Watts Bar is my first choice, just have to convince TVA

Tag

NC Tag. Between Little River SC and Ash NC. Yes, it's in NC. This should be EZ.

Great to see the tag moving again. It got near 60 degrees today. I would love to be at the coast right now. It must be practically summer there. 720 mile round trip for me so not likely the decrepit KLR will be seen in those parts anytime soon.

The warmest temp we saw between Calabash and New Bern was 47 today. Better than 92 degrees and 90 percent humidity.

That's what you get for riding it in the snow in the first place.
