there are rumors new models final drives will be blue-tooth enabled - linked directly to BMW parts warehouse computers and guaranteed for the life of the oil they contain All kidding aside, mine needed a new main bearing at 65k. Now at 112K miles I can tell it has again developed a bit of play. Others had longer luck. You know of this thread likely http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=682413

Hey now, I was going to go after it but instead I helped a fellow ADV Rider with their bike. Besides, I just knew there was going to be some serious brucing going on. Tomorrow is another day.

BTW, I passed a few FF's on the way home. Nice pair of GS's y'all had.

Funny, that's exactly why I didn't go get it this afternoon. About a four-and-a-half hour round-trip for me and I figured one of the Southern guys would make a run for it.

Nice grab and nice bike. How do you like the NT?

They have done a lot of shrub cutting at Ox Creek since I was there.

Thanks so far I like the bike i've put 73,000 miles on the bike in 2 years. But I'm only 24 and I don't have a long history of alot of bikes. But I rode my NT700V to Alaska and the Yukon this past June. Hope that answers your question.
