Actually my wife's sister and her husband lived out in Casa Grande for a long while. His father lives in Tucson.

We went to visit them and went up to the Grand Canyon. That was some COLD. Still I think it's pretty much all too dry now. It would never be my first choice.

well if I could make it happen I'd be back quicker than a NY minute... I love everything about the desert southwest...

We visited Jerome where I took a number of pictures. Google's software went through asking me who the various people were. In one there was only my wife but it found another face. Zooming in where it said there's a very definite face in some smoke coming off the hamburger place blowing across the old sanitarium. The next picture shows the face still there but the smoke is going a different way.

HighFive just did a ride report through Arizona and Utah during the hurricane. The photos alone have me wanting to move out there for a few years just for the riding. I like the east coast, but a couple years out west would be nice.
