Eyedragaknee, can you give us a hint?

Perhaps not in this part of the state, but there are dozens of them along the New River in Watauga, Ashe and Alleghany counties. I never would have thought to google a low water bridge, but, like you said, I found it.

Really poor signal!

The tag was low water bridge on the road of the same name in Troy

GPS was way smarter than me today. It wanted us to take 64. Nah, 15-501 through Carthage is more fun. Except for all the people who wanted to watch golf. I've never seen more people wearing visors!!!

Look closely in the picture and you'll see someone panning for gold!

Nice grab. Enjoy the roads down there. Every gravel road leads somewhere fun!

New Tag

Some interesting history about some of the early residents of the area. Take the time to take a tour when you grab the tag!

That looks like a newer sign - last time I visited the site I don't recall it being there.... Definitely schedule time to walk through the museum and the mounds.

Did you see the purple side car and trailer rig for sale? Is that the bike you picked out for Chad?

Anyone going for this tag needs to avoid 211 until after tomorrow's final round.

Nope. Didn't see it. I found Chad a sweet FJR though.

Grab. Nothing like a 48 mile trip to dry a wet dog. Bryson is celebrating the departure of his foster sister and competition for sidecar time.

New tag. Good produce and great butter pecan ice cream.

Everything you need should be in the pic. This is on the aforementioned road that I warned you all about with US Open traffic. As long as your coming through during play, you'll be fine. It isn't as bad as I thought it would be.
