Flasher and I took a leisurely ride to get some BBQ and grabbed this tag in rt 64 west of Lexington. Ate some really good BBQ there to.

Augiedog lives!

No ride for me until Tuesday. I figured a BBQ tag in the center of the state wouldn't make the weekend though.

new tag

one of the largest antique tractor shows in NC is held every fall on the banks of the pond that supplies this grist mill. It is one of only a few still in operation today.

Took me a few minutes, but I found it. I thought I knew of all of the operational grist mills left in NC, but I was wrong.

Grab! Muuray's Mill outside of Catawba, NC. There's an ADV salute in there some where.

New tag later today.

I'm surprised this one hasn't fallen today. No ride for me today, but tomorrow is partly cloudy with a chance of Husky.

Is that one of the two main locations that show up on their website? Street view doesn't show the bus.

Lookup the brewery itself, not the taprooms.

The Taproom within eyesight of the Brewery wouldn't make a bad stop at all, though.

The bus is on satellite view.

I've been there many times. As a certified beer snob, I'll say that Olde Hickory is one of the best breweries in NC.
