Belmont Abbey College in Belmont. A short chilly 15 minute ride from the house this morning. Thanks for the motivation to get going early LM! I have been too busy trying to earn a living lately so it felt good to have it close and was able to go get it. I'm up for more today so maybe I can grab the SC tag as well. We'll see. New file tag coming right up.

Tag 329

Two different views from the same state park located more toward the flatlanders this time. This is a beautiful place and it is located off of a road with the same name as the park. I don't think any other clues are necessary but a lake also borders this park and there is a clue in the picture of the lake if you can make it out . Have fun! BTW the other bike is my friend's Norton commando that his Dad gave him. He bought it brand new in the 60's and has now passed it on to the next generation. Great to see it. get passed on. Forgot to add that either picture will do. The two are separated a pretty good distance within the park.

Hey Okie, is this state park the same place you picked up a tag earlier this year, just photographed at a different angle/location within the park?
Or do I need another cup of java this a.m.?

BTW, it's a nice ride out there and those are some great lookin' Brit bikes!

If I were not hunting close to home today I would ride down and get this tag. My famliy has a nice hunting cabin just a few miles away from this tag in the county that lies on the other side of the lake/river. Maybe if the tag stands till Sunday I can head that way.

Tag

Here it is......... Tag #329

Shot of some of the information on Lowder's Ferry Site crossing, the location of the tag in Morrow Mountain State Park.

The ride started pretty cool but warmed up nicely. One thing for sure my new helmet and I are not bonding well .
