Since last week's episode had us dodging deer just after dark we made it a point to head home dejected but it time to beat the deer rush hour. Our only consolation was we managed to snag the Adirondack tag today.

We did.

We came from the west yesterday and everything leading up to it was fantastic. It was a great way not to find a tag.

Bone up on your Massachusetts history. The city in question was tremendously important as the industrial revolution came to the U.S. and remained a destination for immigrants who were drawn by the textile industry for many years, before falling into hard times in the 20th century.
