It was a challenge of my off road skills. Slid around in the mud a bit but took my time since I was alone and came out okay! Great ride overall. Saw a beautiful 8 point buck. Stunningly healthy and large.

New tires are needed soon!

Glad I didn't go that way back home last night then. The 2.5 miles of maintained dirt was coming up Flechville Gulf rd from rt 106. At least you got to see some nature and had a good ride.

Route 4a in Castleton, next to the Birdseye diner. It took about twenty minutes of google foo to pin point the local and I like Ethan Allen was on my way to fort Ti (ferry).

From Google Maps it looks like you have to ride right up someones driveway and past there garage to get to the class 4 section. Is that true?
