Thanks 8lives!
Did you see that black '07 in Fairfield with 3500 miles? The owner would probably meet you half way if you're interested. I was talking to him as well and he would have met me in Ukiah. Fortunatly this guy got back with me and I only had to travel to Weaverville. He came from Redding.

Nice pick up KiwiMtnClmbr.

So, once deployed how high does it raise your rear tire off the ground? Is your suspension the OEM height or lowered? Do you find it useful in removing the rear tire and/or lubing the chain?

I just mounted it this morning. With a Shinko 244 the rear wheel doesn't roll free. But it doesn't take much to turn it. With a scrap of 3/8" plywood under the stand it rolls free.

I've not removed the wheel yet.

Stock Mirrors with an extension stem added. A MUST before riding on the streets.

You can get them through Pro Cycle. Find the in the "Controls" section.

Well, I finally 1) rode my DR off-pavement more than a few miles of easy dirt and 2) actually got a picture of me on it thanks to a fellow inmate. This was taken in the Sierra Buttes north of Sierra City, California, last weekend. Rode there and back, one night camping, 670 mile weekend. I had fun!!
