It's growing on me though...
I figured i'd move it when I get stuck in some mud on the trans america trail like that lady with the KTM that couldnt move her fender because the brake line went through it so is the shoe polish paint job. i keep threatening to to try some citrus paint stripper to return it to the lobster red. everyone says "DON'T DO IT" to me though...they all love the bike the way it is. I originally wanted red seat and red OURY grips, and eventually re-paint to the white scheme. But now, i'm worried that even the red ourys will look kitchy. what do you guys think? I cant decide. Probably, doing nothing, is just easier so it's enticing me. If i ever do it, i';; post uner "it's time to do something about that airhead" |

me thinks i saw some mighty fine pics here... pic of 2407 floating round here somewheres... just got off her this last week after N.M. purchase, almost ready to go into the kitchen for a wee bit of a makeover, nothing over the top just 'originalizin her a bit'...

![]() I used citrus stripper to clean off the black shoe paint and added the red Ourys what do you guys think? Are you guys using the last 4 digits of the vin for the bike number? mine is 2612 |

Oh, don't change the color, the blue looks better, most of the ones I see are red.
Currently I'm getting the side covers, front fender and a larger tank repainted blue.
