Looks like there will be another bike added to the register soon... Just picked up a 1981 r80 G/s for my father... soon to be shipped to him in Nova Scotia. I'll post up a photo later when I have my camera. Number 2150. He'll probably be along sometime in the near future to identify himself as the proud new owner. Now I must make sure it drives okay before it gets crated up

I have one of each mirror type. The plastic ones are better. The metal ones seem to seize up much more easily.

Anyone know how I can find out the build date of my G/S?
