Another inmate, Beastrider, has a 450 Berg too. He hasn't been on here in quite awhile though.

Wow, Foxed. I would have had my son do that last year if I knew! We went to the 2013 IMS show in DC and the Strider folks had a course set up, it took all I could do to pry him off of it after an hour.

He's since graduated to MTB with the old man, it happens fast!

Racing and such...

TuffStuff, I think I was standing right across the track from you when you were taking some of those pictures. I thought you looked familiar. I remember the Yamaha and KTM coming up the hill at me. I'll letyou know if Amanda comes to a race with me this year. I'd know she'd love to chat again.

VaBuckaroo, you wouldn't believe how much the course changes from the morning race to the afternoon race. Many of the sections are very different. Especially around mud holes and tough sections. I'm in Warrenton, so I'm not far from Madison. I'm always looking for new places to ride and practice. Have you posted on the vchss website? I did see someone saying they have property in Madison with trails.

SRG, I have a 2012 TE 250 2-stroke. I basically a blue KTM. They did put the closed cartidge forks on it and it's a close-ratio tranny with PDS. So it's a little different than what was available in orange that year. I know WoodsWizard has/had a 70degree 'Berg. But it was a nightmare. It was forever in the shop.

Who's racing this weekend? I'll be at Dillwyn Sunday morning.

Heading out to ride with a few inmates on Saturday. Planning to ride some of the trails out west of Harrisonburg (long run, rough run, dunkle hollow, etc…). Plan is to meet up in H'burg around 10am. PM me for specifics if this sounds like your cup of tea; I'm ok with 1 or 2 more riders joining us, but I don't want the group to get too big (that just slows everything down).

FREE or bring some beer and I'll help you load it - Kawasaki F7 project, with XT500 front end less wheel and brakes.

Bike is almost completely apart, engine is apart, has tank and most parts.

it was my kids project and it simply won't get finished any time soon.

Come and get it, bring your own boxes.

Enjoy the day, Grimmy 434-760-2453

Week Days Rides

Hello!

I just sign up for this forum and I'm hoping to find people to ride with. I live in Charlottesville, I have a KTM 350 EXC-F, I'm a novice for off road riding and I ride mostly during week days (I work on week-ends). I know the South Pedlar ATV system fairly well and I would like to explore more trails around Harrisburg and the WV area as well. If anyone is interested please send me an email at rregoli@hotmail.com or post on this forum and hopefully we'll be able to ride together sometimes soon.

I need to get some fork seals replaced fast. Anyone got any suggestions on who could do this nearby?

Tim Morris is still working on bikes, but he is doing it out of his home.

Give him a call, he just put on some tires for me,
