Man, am I slow! At work and my thought process went as follows: Building HVAC exploding? No. Large piece of construction equipment moving down the street? No. Medivac helicopter landing at the nearby helipad? No. Earthquake? YES! OK, it's time to leave the office! Now they have the street blocked off to fix a gas leak!

According to the GPS we're half a point west now.

For me it was a "you know you're a bike lover when..." moment. :) My first thought as I walked home was "shit, I hope my bike is still upright." You see, the stock sidestand on my bike is short...so I have a 2" square piece of 2x4 under it, so the fear was that the bike migrated as though it was idling and toppled. Got a larger block now. I had a few books on the shelf that fell over, and a toppled bottle or two, but have vowed "I will rebuild!"

Madison Fire Road Ride

I'd love to put together a ride on the fire roads in Madison -Blakey Ridge FR and others, before the mudholes fill up again for fall/winter. Let me know who would be interested.
