Last day of year ride . . .

Rode to work yesterday, very, very windy. The little voice in my head said I HAD to ride on the last day of the year, so I did.

Then rode from downtown to ACAC on 29N at about 4pm, very, very windy. Traffic very heavy.

And cold, too. My cold weathher gear (which is pretty good stuff) was right at the edge of its warmth limit. Any colder and electric stuff would be needed.

Let's get together for a ride/beer/tech day ASAP, guys.

And, keep posting, all you C'ville area riders.

Got my hands full this week. Maybe next week at South Street? Or is the weekend better?

Going Saturday. We were thinking about riding but it is going to be cold and rain/snow mix. Still up in the air. Real issue is finding enough daylight to ride there and back/eat yet find time to enjoy the show w/o being rushed. May carpool up with my boss if wx gets in the way. Not sure he even wants to ride anyways.

Post your favorite pictures in the aforementioned thread afterward to show off our best "picks".

gaaah!

Probably best to not leave a 9-months-pregnant wife at home by herself.

That's what 911 is for. You sure won't have any free time to fritter away a day going to a motorcycle show after the baby is born!

Nope... he will have to go dealer-hopping in a few months to see all the bikes he missed.

Good job grabbing the Valley Tag FOXedupONE. You C-Ville riders are slow on the draw when it comes to starting your own local game...get on it now ya'herd!

Oh yeah - if anyone is going to the moto show Sat - we should try and meet up somewhere to kick tires or head out of town back West/South

I told her that the show is this weekend, and she wants for us both to go.

You won't be able to miss us if we do make it.

>>>Appears you'll have your hands full for the next 2 decades or so. Sorry for hijack. >Hi Jack > Re: Different thread> You get those brake lines straightened out? Was lurking on your thread re:"The brake line repair."> I have all brake line related tools if you need them & want to repair it correctly yourself. P.M. if you like.I want to know the offending repair shop anyway.>>>Seems from pics you posted they just needed slightly longer lines by a few inches to reach junction instead of splicing lines at all.Compresion fittings? Hijack over. ..........FLASH
