Dakar Coverage
Well, for those of us with Direct TV in Central VA, it appears that NBC Sports is starting Dakar coverage at 2:30AM Sunday.
![]() Time to get Tivo. ![]() That or put lots of money on my Starbucks card.

Jk001 - nice bike. There are a few of us around w/ the orange disease. I had it too for awhile, but mine morphed into a blue and yellow rash (2010 husaberg fx450 - street legal).

Yeah! Happy New Year to all.
I've been good, promised the wife I wouldn't ride as much. Only 12k last year. WRR's 1st year anniversary at my house is tomorrow. Bought it with 389 miiles on it, has 7,035 now. It's a new experience to actually renew my license plates and insurance for the same bike - seems bikes tend to come and go sort of often around here. As far as those Orange bikes: drinking that Orange CoolAid has been shown to cause irritability, lack of sleep and, in extreme cases, depression coupled with bouts of extreme excitabilty. Contraindications include slim wallet, asses intolerant of riding on a 2x4 plank and aversion to wrench turning. |

As far as asses intolerant, I installed a seat concepts foam and cover on that bike. I also installed grip heaters. ![]() As to wrench turning, I don't mind it...too much.

I'm waiting for my Seat Concepts for the WRR to come, ordered it last week. Maybe I can stay seated more on the warm spot this winter instead of standing up to get circulation back in my butt and then sitting back down on a cold seat.

I want to see that when you get it. That's next for the DRZ I think.
