i just added a new Rekluse Pro to my wr450f and i'm kicking myself for not spending the money sooner.

i echo what was said above.....horrible adventure bike, FUCKING AWESOME TRAIL BIKE!!!

here is me trying to remember the right way, that's my 450 in the fore ground, and Kbike's in the back.

Thumb TE610 vs. WR450F

Totally different bikes, both very good. TE610 is low maintenance and has a 6 speed box and is a awesome adventure trail bike and is bullet proof reliable... I have done thousands of miles in remote areas on it with no problems. The WR is an awesome enduro trail bike and its close ratio 5 speed box and light weight make it very flickable through and over the tightest going... sucks at long distance though compared to a bike like the TE610... they compliment one another, not compete against each other.

I sometimes am a little dissapointed that i bought the wr. I bought it as a playbike, but trail riding is also one of my favs, but i end up doing alot of miles on the bike. my bike only has about 2500 miles on her now, but they come quickly if you ride alot.

Im already running a 15-50 and would like to go down to around a 43/5 at the back to get more tarmac speed. however im not sure if this will hamper me on the trail.

I dont mind the service intervals.. its like chaning a baby's diaper.. it has to be done....

Im a hooligan at heart.. I love stunting and therefor the WR is awesome to ride!

maybe you should try a wr250r, my mate has one and it keeps up pretty well with the 450 and has the benefit of low maintenance.

Hmm I don't know, maybe it does and I am confused about what close ratio means and I am just talking out of my ass what I was trying to say is that it whacks through the gears quick and stays on the power with no flat spots between gears.
