Yep, I ride to escape from work, not to get there and back. Plus, I have a company car, so its not so bad communting in a cage.

I ride because I like it. I don't care too much about what is at the start and end of the ride.

I have some jolly spiffing rides on the way home from work. I don't see how that is a downside.

I must like riding more than some folk, I guess. That must be it.

propforward screwed with this post 04-07-2014 at 10:44 AM Reason: Previous version was a bit on the emphatic side.

Sometimes when I ride to work there is pie in the lunch room area. Always good when a ride to work also becomes a ride for pie.

There is only PIE! in the lunchroom at my place if I bring it there.

I suppose I might just as well say "There is never PIE! in the lunch area at work".

One of the quiet perks of being a media outlet. Everyone wants free promotion so often we'll get 'freebies' shared with us. You just have to be here early as it goes pretty darn quick!

Hey Klay, I was reading something on another fourm that the CB 500 series by Honda. Something about you need to have the dealer perform the 600 mile service or the warranty is revoked?

Hear anything about it? I thought it was strange.

EDIT: looks like it's for the extended warranty only. Or maybe cars???

I don't know that the situation with the Honda is any different from any other Jap motorcycle. I'm not sure yet if a valve check will be required at 600 miles with the 2014 CB-X. The Honda dealer at Belle Plain said they would skip the valve check.
