and the last IT guy we had is too busy with his day job to come back again, probably a good thing

So I think its time to start fresh, like Stu's shirts

And BTW, its running XP, so we will be switching to 7....whoopeee
I think that's a good idea, especially in light of the fact that you've had multiple people tweaking the bios in it.

I worked in IT before I worked with children but my skills are so old I can't add anything of real value to this conversation. Installing fresh cures many problems from my support experience.

Anyone going to be around the Hilton at 1001 Marquette tomorrow for lunch, or any suggestions for right around there? It's the last day of the early childhood special education conference I'm attending. Hubby doesn't want to drive from Hopkins to meet me for lunch. Boohoo. So I teased him I'm probably going to try Ruth's Chris steak. He still doesn't want to drive downtown tomorrow! Thought for sure a good steak could lure him in. I was at Devil's Advocate meatball place for lunch on Sunday (lots of beer choices there), and just ate stuff I packed today. Mmm, fig newtons and leftover cinnamon roll. Not a very balanced meal.

Basically what I said originally.

Stop fucking about, buy a new box and new software and move on.

Well, I'm glad I got you all there in the end.

Well now, I had a little bit of a scare with one of they forest rats this morning. Bloody thing was standing right in the middle of my lane.

I'm quite glad I took the trouble to set the headlight up correctly last week, giving me the extra view and therefore extra braking distance required by a KLR650 to stop.

Watch out for those deer, folks. Hope the hunters have a good season.

I will try my best this upcoming weekend to rid the planet of at least one of those those animals you speak of.

Looks good. The soles on my TCX boots are shot. I'd like to get them resoled but unfortunately they are not of a suitable design for that.

I love these TCX boots, but I'm going to need to throw them away even though the boots are perfectly fine, only the soles are shot. I might look at a pair of Sidis instead, just because of that.

Congrats on the page claim on the 500th page. I believe there is a prize for that. Not sure what, or where, or when. But sometime you will win something, and there ya go.

It's a cash prize. A nice round number.

Does it resemble a goose egg? Or a certain letter of the alphabet?
