Long as I'm here I might as well give this a +2

Worked great on a set of carbs off a cx500 I miss. Overnight in 50/50 pinesol (not generic) and water. They came out looking almost new and smelled clean as moms floor

Polzin recycling in Cambridge gave me a really good price on taking used motorcycle tyres, in case you want to get rid of them.

So what do you think a cop would actually do if they caught me running a few small tungsten carbide tire studs?

I don't have an answer. All I can add is how much damage can a motorcycle do with it's light weight? Hard to believe we can do damage to frozen road with a studded cycle.

Smooth talking might the answer, just don't lead them to the rest of the studded tire crowd...

Are you riding a wheelie past a schoolyard when he/she spots them?

I doubt you'd get much hassle if you run the yes sir/no sir game.

I mean you can barely even see the little carbides, nothing like the big gnarly studs. I want to keep riding but pure glare ice scares me.
