Weather forecast suggests wednesday might be a bit nicer than that. Never know, might get lucky.

Got to take the CX500 to Larson's for an oil filter or two.

I hadn't been there before - nice shop, lots of inventory, parts guys were great. They have the new Yamaha FZ-09 triple on the floor, which is sweet, but small and sorta useless with no rear subframe to speak of and a 3gal tank.

Yup. Plugged in, but heated grips stayed off. Very comfy this morning.

Plugged in. Pffff.

Oh wait. Yeah I did that too.

Don't need to plug in now though! It's all toasty out!

I did. Rode around town after work and enjoyed the evening. Well, as much as you can in going home from work traffic.

I took the hack out for a bit. Then I brought it over to the shop and thereby declared riding season over.

DOOM!

That should guarantee at least one more rideable day.

Last night when I was riding around, it seemed like I could smell winter coming. I think people that work outside a lot know the smell I am referring to.

I am on vacation the week of Thanksgiving, hoping to get a little riding in that week too.
