Morocco- On a shoestring
well work is slowing down to nothing here (in ibiza) and as the winter is coming on faster then i had planned.
im on more of a shoestring budget then i had hoped for, but say la vee.
as i have never been to north africa or morocco, feel that i should make a visit while i am here.
now my options are take the ferry over by foot, which would be fine and dandy, but this has been one of those countries that i have always wanted to go to, but with a motorcycle, so...
listening to all suggestions of how to head south with a moto, for a great trip. my ears and mind is open for an adventure, and as i am typing this, i would even consider going on a scooter (after being a backpacker for the last 12yr, my feet are tired of walking).

Scooters are very cheap in Morocco--new ones are as little as £600--so one option is to head for, say, Fes and spend a couple of days kicking tyres.
The Arabic for a bicycle/scooter shop is 'sea-kleest' (you can guess how this came about).
You could always buy a Moroccan Winnebago: http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=150530
