You would be surprised at how many ice cream places in Massachusetts have cows on their roofs.

Ex: White Farm in Ipswich
Ex: Haywagon Restaurant in Uxbridge

I picked this spot because it's very near to some of the best roads Western Mass has to offer.

All ya gotta do is go for a ride...

I want to go to it, but getting 2 hours and 22 minutes (and that's slabbing most of the way) on a week day is not so easy.

I hear ya. The NY tag is about 3 hours from me and I haven't been able to get a break from kids // work to go and get it.

There must be a ton of riders in the Central part of the state (Greenfield / North Hampton / Springfield that could move that easily a little EAST of the I-91 corridor...
