This proved to be a little more difficult than I expected. This lighthouse is only visible if you look due South. If you look Southeast, you see the lights on Thatcher's Island and there's some stretches of mighty wet wheelin'.

Nonetheless, the light at the Coast Guard station at the entrance of Gloucester Harbor is da place. The address is 199 Eastern Point Blvd in Gloucester, MA if you want to visit. The road is marked "Private," but is not, according to the locals. The most famous resident was Winslow Homer. The current structure dates to 1890, according to the interweb.

"The Country Store" was photographed by four different motorcyclists within 2 days. I wonder what they were thinking inside the store?

Here's a clue:

By the rude bridge that arched the flood,
Their flag to April's breeze unfurled,
Here once the embattled farmers stood
And fired the shot heard round the world.

Second clue: the stones in the field are markers.

Third clue: the picture was taken at 3:45pm.

CAUTION: I took the picture from the street. Beware of traffic!

We have two of them - TiVo 2 and 3. But it's not the same when someone tells you who won.

When I got to Eastern Point, there was an older woman (and I'm 55!) there with a Kawasaki shirt on. She asked if I wanted her to take a picture and I said sure. She explained that she had ridden a Vulcan from MA to CA or CA to MA (I forget). I 'splained the tag-o-rama thing to her and she said we are all the cool kids.

Was she riding the Vulcan? We saw a, er, um "pudgy" older woman riding an older, uglyish cruiser comming away from there when we left the resteraunt.

Yeah, was posted as a teaser- not a tag- going out there next week if the WX co-operates. Many of the Flugistani inmates were tired of western ma tags so i thought i'd post sometning to get folks thinking.....

Once past the Kennedy Car Wash (local term), all sugar sand, and requires a $250.00 permit to drive on. There is a light house further out, but it's off limits for the tag-0-rama

just outta curioisity- how did you figure it out? Were you out there? Happen to see an ancient crustation in a boat near by? That would have been YB Senior- an old skool adv'r- rides a 48 Indian Chief Police special.(* and has no idea what a computer is *)

will have to grab the next tag before i leave for Chappy......
