Bridgestone BT45 is available for front and rear though, the size that fits the rear is 140/70-18.

AVON ROAD RIDERS AM26 IN 90/90 21 & 150/70 18.
Avon also do a av56 in rear fitment.

http://www.americanmototire.com/catalog/. They're very helpful in terms of figuring out tube sizes, too.
