I got farkles!

Mike, we can communicate now!

Unfortunately, I got a heated jacket liner but no controller. You would think those guys at the Yamaha shop would know that I need one of those.

Fireman, you can ride with us in spirit!

Travis, you going Friday?

Mike and I can meet you all at the exit for 26 off of 75. I think there is an abandoned gas station there. Maybe around 9:30 or so?

Friday expected high of 57.

I know the map is a little behind. I've been pretty busy with the holidays and everything. I will get to it sooner or later.
The location is good for me but it will probably be closer to 10am for me. I've really only got to run it by one person to confirm.

They will be open but they have to order everything. My wife did pick out a nice heated jacket liner. All I have to do now is get the heated pants, glove, and boot liners plus the controller and I'll be good to go.

Friday, will be long johns!

When she called and asked me what kind of things you wanted I didn't know she was going to try and get everything I mentioned. I was just trying to give her some choices. She mentioned something about getting a GPS mount, was it any good? She told me she went to the Yamaha place, and I hoped they didn't take advantage of her. I figured you could take anything back that wasn't right.

I only got one bike related thing this year. I got a new set of clear lens riding glasses. I had mentioned to my wife I wished a had a second pair so I could change from dark to clear without having to stop and change out the lenses in my old pair.

Also Terry, I have had plenty of chances to test the Pinlock now and it works great. I have ridden in 32 degree weather and I only see a bit of condensation down at the bottom of the shield right at my mouth. My vision is always clear.

Mike, I am glad the visor works well, wonderful.

Do ya'll have a planned route? My son and I will be 2 up. We will taking b1pig's suggestion, taking 41 to Vienna, picking up 215 which has a curve or 2, picking up 129 around Fitzgerald to Ray City hopefully seeing b1 then to the tag. If ya'll are taking the slab we could meet ya in Ray City or the tag location. One of ya'll can post the tag, we are along for the scenery.
That route is 3 hrs to the tag, 2 1/2 to Ray City. Taking the slab will knock 1/2 hr off that, depending on Holiday traffic.

Just thinking out loud, could go 41 all the way but I like scenery.

What do ya'll think?

I'm okay with that route. We just need to figure out a place to meet and a time. We can work the details as we go.

Mike, Carol got me the Sena and a heated jacket. I got a GPS mounting kit but no GPS. I can use the one for the car, just need to wire the connector.

I got the Sena mounted on my helmet, Carol's will be a little more difficult because of it's design. I'm reading the manual now to see how we can connect.

That's fine with me I prefer staying off 75. I feel more comfortable on this bike than I did on the Kingpin, but I still prefer the back roads.

SO meet there at 10am?

Just threw this together quickly. Feel free to plan a different route, I have no preference at all. If we are not going to Ray City 41 all the way would work but sure would be nice to meet b1pig and the eastern route will work for that.

Has anyone heard fro tsimmons to see when he can get there?

What do ya'll think?

Okay, corner of 41 and 26 @ 10:00.

BTW, TSimmons will be going with us!

Terry, 129 is a good route to Valdosta so it works for me.
