The Great Oak, Thomasville, Ga. nice day to ride. you guys missed out.

i have two photos for potential tags that i took when i came home. its not exactly what i was after... so i'm still trying to decide if i want to use one of them, or wait till Lori and I can grab a tag together this afternoon or tomorrow.

New Tag

I gave it some thought. So.... after I got home, Lori got on her bike and went for a ride.

20 minutes later, I got a call from her about an apparent wreck with a motorcycle at Walker's Crossing. Looked like someone tried to cross in front of a bike. So, I ended up meeting her there since she was only about 3 miles south of the house. I showed her a shortcut around the accident and we rode together for a few minutes.

To the new tag... which... I will post pics on this message... as soon as i figure out what the heck is going on with my phone and the interwebs.

EDIT:
figured it out.

New Tag:

and guess who swiped my jacket......

yes it is. remember that KLR owners are often renowned as cheap bastards... or in my case poor AND cheap. thats a 1st generation. got it for $30. made the mount from scraps in my shop.

its roughly 95% acurrate. just sucks that it has limited memory.

Now ya see.... I know where that is...... May not get out on the bike this week with auctioneers in the plant labeling all the assets. If they wrap up early I might have a chance!

Oh well...

I was hoping to grab that tree. I'll have to see where this ends up next week when I'm off.

Job might last another 30-60 days unless someone buys the plant, then I will probably have one with the new owners. Problem is we are way closer to closing up than selling. There's only ten of us left... Used to be 400. We haven't ran any production since mid December.

Crap, sorry to hear that. Every time I see an FJR I think of yours, what a beauty.

Good Luck.

It'll work out!!
It will either be business as usual or more time for tagging and riding!! Just not going to get really down about it and luckily don't have to rush into another job. Of course that plan really mucks up the early retirement!

Ode to a Farmall!

Just so y'all know, I won't be able to tag for at least a week and a half. I'll be doing other things!

Nice tag b1pig!
